Zenko Health® aims to deliver your package within 3-5 business days once shipped. All orders are usually shipped the same day.
Where do we ship from?
We ship directly from our own United States warehouse located in Phoenix, Arizona via USPS for a speedy and secure delivery.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We can pretty much ship anywhere. We regularly ship outside of the United States to Canada and a few other selected countries like Australia. We love our international customers very much!
Delivery is a little longer and usually takes around 7-12 business days once the postal service fully processes it.
Is there a shipping cost?We do charge a small shipping cost for US customers and a flat rate fee for International customers. The fee changes slightly based on the country, but it only covers what we must pay our shipping company.
How do I track my package?
Once ordered and your item has been processed and shipped, you should then receive an email with tracking information so you can easily locate your package.
How long does it take to ship?
After your order has been confirmed, there is a 1-3 business day processing time, where our staff during this time will hand-pack and ship your order directly to you.
Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day.
Where is my order?
You should have received a confirmation email and then an email a few days after with tracking information. Within this email, you should have access to tracking information and the location of your package.
Something is missing from the order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely, they may leave an item out of your order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can get this sorted for you.
Something is damaged in my order
Sometimes packages may arrive with damaged contents. Usually, this happens because the postal system is not handling packages with care. If this happens, please just reach out to us at email@example.com, and we can get this sorted for you. We will require a photo of the contents for verification purposes.
How do I cancel my order?
If, after placing your order, you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provided it’s within 1 hour and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we would happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving it.
We would be willing to accept a return. However, it only makes sense if the packaging is unopened and unused. Otherwise, how can we expect another customer to accept a used item?
Once we inspect the returned goods and see it meets our criteria, we’ll be more than happy to return your money right away.
